4. Refunds

The refund amount will NOT include:
- Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Any discounts or promotional credits that were applied to the original order may be deducted

8. Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, ordered wrong product, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label in the following situations:

12.2 Bundle Offers
If you purchased products as part of a bundle or promotional offer and wish to return only some items from the bundle, the refund will be calculated based on the individual item prices rather than the promotional bundle price.

If you used a discount code or promotional offer on your order, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. The discount code may not be reissued for future use.
